The much-anticipated new vintage of a Raravina bestseller has landed!

Dzimbahwe is the personal winery of Raravina somm Pardon Taguzu. We could not be happier to be able to be able to offer his incredible wines across the Netherlands and share his story with our community. 

Pardon’s vineyards in the Weinviertel region of Austria take advantage of a wonderful winemaking climate to produce fresh, spicy wines. His 2023 Roter Veltliner is from a warm, dry vintage with a late start to the harvest. That meant a high-quality yield leading to a balanced, well-structured wine with a lovely intensity. The grapes were hand sorted then fermented in stainless steel tanks before four months on lees. 

The labels of Dzimbahwe wines depict the community that once shared space behind walls of Masvingo in Pardon’s home country of Zimbabwe. They reflect Pardon’s focus on tradition and wine’s ability to bring people together.
