Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Raravina, we want every experience with us to feel considered, from the wines we select to the way we handle your order.

Cancellations Changed your mind before your order has been dispatched? Simply contact us and we'll cancel it straight away, with a full refund processed within 14 days.

Wine & Perishable Products As consumable goods, our wines are exempt from the EU statutory right of withdrawal. We're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been fulfilled. That said, if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll always make it right. Just reach out within a reasonable time of receiving your order and we'll find a solution.

Accessories For non-perishable accessories (hats, tote bags, and similar items), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@raravina.com within the 14-day window. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
