Sausage and Fennel Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 475Β°F (245Β°C).
2. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
3. Add the fennel slices to the skillet and cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
5. Brush the dough with the remaining olive oil, then top with the sausage and fennel mixture.
6. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, then dot with spoonfuls of ricotta cheese.
7. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
8. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
