Citrus-Herb Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:
-4 salmon fillets (about 170 grams each)
- 30 ml olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 grams fresh dill, chopped
- 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped
- 15 grams fresh chives, chopped
- 60 grams panko breadcrumbs
- 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese β¨

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet:
Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Make the Citrus-Herb Crust: In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and lime zest and juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, parsley, chives, panko breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan. Mix until well combined.
4. Crust the Salmon: Spoon the citrus-herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
5. Bake the Salmon: Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden, about 12-15 minutes.
6. Rest and Serve: Allow the salmon to rest for a couple of minutes before serving. β¨β¨
