Her journey has taken her around the world from Copenhagen to Melbourne to Amsterdam, giving her extensive experience with local wines and a broad understanding of different regions and styles.
For nearly four years, Barbora has been a key member of the team at Restaurant Wils in Amsterdam, a place she helped open. Achieving their first Michelin star within a year, Barbora has enjoyed building the wine list and sharing her passion with guests and colleagues.
