Miso-Glazed Cod

Ingredients:
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/4 cup white miso paste
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until smooth.
2. Brush the miso mixture over the cod fillets, coating them evenly.
3. Preheat the broiler. Place the cod on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4. Broil the cod for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
